Newly developed chemical products are subjected to testing and verification of their properties. Tests and checks are carried out in the Technical centre at a practical scale which cannot be reproduced in the development laboratory. By including the prototyping, the analysis and the material research department, we load processes and products to the maximum and thereby obtain precise insights into their limitations.
High-quality process testing for flawless products
Hillebrand Chemicals has its own pilot plant for cathodic corrosion protection with a total bath volume of approximately 6,000 litres. Before delivery to our customers, all processes developed by us are tested and checked to ensure trouble-free production. We also carry out sample processing for our customers both new and existing. For surface requirements for very special materials, our small galvanising plant allows us to work out and test process variations. Finally, the system is used to analyse any problems which have occurred in manufacturing and to develop solutions for them.
