With the GC PASS passivation systems, silver, transparent, blue, yellow or black coloured coatings of zinc or zinc alloys can be obtained according to the desired finish or the required corrosion resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GC PASS 600 is a chromium (VI)-free transparent passivation on electroplated zinc-iron layers with an iron content of between 0.5 and 0.7 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transparent, slightly iridescent surfaces ensure high corrosion protection. With subsequent sealing, using GC TOP 120 or GC TOP 471, for example, a perfect homogeneous appearance is achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GC PASS 600 can be used with rack and barrel systems and is easily analysed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"heading wp-block-heading\"><strong>GC PASS 650<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Black protection on zinc-iron layers for barrel goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GC PASS 650 is a chromium (VI)-free black passivation on electroplated zinc-iron layers with an iron content of between 0.5 and 0.7 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cobalt-free passivation for high corrosion protection produces black, slightly iridescent surfaces.
