With the GC&nbsp;PASS&nbsp;passivation systems, silver, transparent, blue, yellow or black coloured coatings of zinc or zinc alloys can be obtained according to the desired finish or the required corrosion resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DDPASS&nbsp;creates a blue to violet iridescent chromium (VI) and fluoride-free thick layer passivation on galvanised surfaces. It is therefore equally suitable for the post-treatment of zinc layers from acidic, alkaline cyanide-free, and alkaline-cyanide processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can be used with barrel and rack systems, galvanised and passivated surfaces achieve high protection values even after heat treatment of 24 hours at 120 \u00b0C, for example. The passivation is insensitive to annealing temperatures up to 210 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Long service lives are achieved by the relative insensitivity to iron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analysis of the passivation solution is easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"heading wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>DD PASS yellow<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Yellow thick layer passivation<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By adding&nbsp;DDPASS&nbsp;part 2, a rich yellow precipitate with consistently good properties is formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visually, the yellow layer clearly differs from conventional thick film passivation coatings. Any mix-up during assembly and production is practically excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The unique intense yellow colour provides a variety of applications in the lock, fitting and furniture industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"heading wp-block-heading\"><strong>DDPASS gelb irisierend<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dickschichtpassivierung gelb irisierend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DDPASS Gelb Irisierend wurde als chrom(VI)-freies Ersatzprodukt f\u00fcr Gelbchromatierungen entwickelt. Ein- oder zweikomponentig werden in Kombination mit einer Versiegelung satte messingfarbene Niederschl\u00e4ge mit gleichbleibend guten Eigenschaften erzielt. &nbsp;Das Zweikomponentensystem erm\u00f6glich eine individuelle Steuerung ins gelbliche oder r\u00f6tliche Farbspektrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"heading wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>DDPASS yellow iridescent<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yellow iridescent thick layer passivation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DDPASS yellow iridescent was developed as a chromium (VI)-free replacement for yellow chromate coating. One or two-components are used in combination with a sealant to create rich, brass-coloured precipitates with consistently good properties.
