Precision parts can be deburred to within \u00b1 1 \u00b5m accuracy. Very constant surface properties, such as roughness, can be adjusted here. Compared to the mechanical process, you can also reach deep pits and holes. Damage is completely excluded, depending on the hardness of the base material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequent online oiling of the parts ensures temporary corrosion protection (storage protection), it can be easily removed with the common methods. The whole system is designed in such a way that spot-free surfaces are created which can be detected easily by, for example, downstream camera selection.
