Alkaline cyanide-free zinc-iron electrolyte
GC CORE 600 is an alkaline cyanide-free zinc-iron alloy process with high robustness and high efficiency. The deposited alloy layer contains a uniform iron incorporation rate of between 0.4 to 0.8 % and is easily passivated. With the passivation subsequently applied, transparent as well as black surfaces can be obtained.
GC CORE 600 has excellent layer thickness distribution with good covering capability. The deposited alloy layers are uniformly glossy, ductile and do not exhibit stress cracks.
The electrolyte is simple and inexpensive to use.
GC CORE 600 is suitable for use in both barrel and rack application systems.
