Twelve new apprenticeships at WHW Hillebrand Group were welcomed to their new professional lives over two introductory days on 9th and 10th of August. In addition to this gratifying welcoming ceremony, there was another positive occasion. At the same time, eight successful candidates were officially congratulated for passing their training. As part of the introductory days, the candidates told the “new trainees” about their own experiences during their apprenticeships and the new tasks and challenges that they are now expecting in their jobs as a specialist. The new apprentices were assigned mentors for the first time. This involves a trainee from a higher training year is now available to the new apprentices as a point of contact, to help with orientation and as a coach. WHW Hillebrand Group wishes all new apprentices a successful start to their apprenticeship!
