By voluntarily entering your data in the contact form, you give both companies permission to collect, process and use your personal data in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 a EU GDPR. This permission relates solely to the processing and use in connection with the request you have made.

This includes employees of WHW Hillebrand GmbH & Co. KG who work in the sales area and, possibly, in the back office. The operation and maintenance of the contact form and the downstream e-mail program is carried out by the IT Department at EWH Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

Any personal data, including the personal data contained in the attachments which you send us, if applicable, as part of your application (hereinafter referred to as “data”), will be collected, processed and used by WHW to process your application. Specific types of personal data (i.e. information about racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health or sexual life) are not intentionally collected unless this is required by law in individual cases.

Your data are only used to fill the position to which you refer in your application. Disclosure of the data only takes place in a framework which is necessary to fill the position. Electronic copies of your documents or the data entered in the applicant management program are protected against unauthorised access using a role and permission concept, a data protection concept as well as physical protection for the servers.

This includes members of the HR and Social Management Department of EWH Holding, the company responsible for all the companies in the WHW Hillebrand Group for the coordination and implementation of the application process. As part of the selection process and the vetting of your professional qualification and suitability, your data will additionally be made available to selected employees of the WHW Hillebrand Group. EWH Holding uses staff from its internal IT Department to operate and maintain the online application tool and the downstream applicant management program.

If you do not initiate the deletion of your data, the data will be stored for up to six (6) months after the application process has been completed. This deadline applies to each of your applications. If future amended legal requirements require a change to this retention period, this will be modified without prior notice being given.
